Terror Risk is an interesting, disturbing and expensive read. The college text was prepared for the Homeland Security Program Development Team. HSPDT desired a student manual examining past terror attacks for the predictable, preventable and teachable countermeasures. Terror Risk includes findings and conclusions resulting from a study of Al Qaeda and other terror groups. Data was gathered from interesting and not-so-friendly countries - a jaunt around the globe much different than the blockbuster Eat, Pray, Love. The book was completed in five months - three months ahead of deadline. Rumors say this was not due to academic efficiency. After completing research, the author was too terrified to leave his home and passed the time with non-stop work on the book. Interesting read, but please avoid reading it at night.
